I paint in a variety of styles, however, my favorite paintings are whimsical, loose and intuitive, without photo references. Working form my imagination, the process is playful, energetic and very liberating, like a child creating a beautiful make-believe world.

I also enjoy painting realistic portraits of people and animals, and love to capture the personality or mood of the subject.
